A Little About Our Meditation Classes
Everyone is welcome! All our drop-in classes are self-contained and suitable for beginners: follow the series or just drop-in when you want. Learn about the benefits of meditation for well-being as well as practical ways to let go of everyday problems such as anxiety, stress, worry & anger; all in a relaxed & friendly environment.
Our evening classes begin with a guided breathing meditation to relax and focus our mind. This is followed by a talk on the evening’s topic. Each class then finishes with a guided mediation to deepen our understanding and help us apply what we have learnt to our
daily life and activities.
We will see how meditation is a highly practical approach to how we live our life throughout the day that leads to greater peace, mental and physical well being and happiness. Each course covers a particular theme and teaches proven practical methods to:

• experience more clarity and peace in every moment
• relax your body and mind
• be free from worry and stress
• find a deeper joy and inner strength

Classes run on a drop-in basis so come along any week you like. No previous experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
