This special 4-week course will look at practical ways Buddhist meditation techniques can be applied to daily situations to solve problems and develop lasting peace of mind.
Although taught as a course each class is self-contained and can be attended without having to attend the others. Each class features two simple to follow guided meditations and an explanation of Buddhist practices and principles that can be applied by anyone.
