This workshop will cover special methods we can employ to keep our mind peaceful. Avoiding the extremes of excitement (from attachment), indifference (from ignorance) and aversion (from anger) helps us to have a much more balanced mind. In addition the workshop will also cover simple methods to lift our mind through gaining deep appreciation of our precious human life plus how we can gain calm from contemplating impermanence.
By using these methods we will naturally increase our wisdom and bring our minds into more balance and harmony with others.
