Ideal for beginners and those with experience of meditation
Join us with a half-price class discount for students, on Wednesday evenings at 7pm to learn how to meditate, live mindfully and solve our daily problems. Classes cost students just £3 each and start 24th January 2018. Attend as many or few classes as you like - they're all self-contained.
