Cost £4 per class. These are all drop-in classes, there is no need to book.
Enjoy a relaxing Sunday morning class. Guided breathing meditation to still the mind and switch off from the demands of the week, followed by a brief talk and contemplative meditation giving fresh and peaceful perspectives on living our precious human lives well.
