Practical instructions and helpful advice on how to meditate, gain strength of mind and lead a more peaceful and positive life. Each class begins with breathing meditation, is followed by a talk, discussion with tea and biscuits, and finishes with a guided meditation on the week’s topic.
No previous experience necessary.
