What to expect in a class

Classes begin with a simple guided meditation to reduce stress, tension, and distractions. This is followed by a teaching comprising an explanation of particular Buddhist principles and how to apply them to daily life. This is followed by a second guided meditation on the particular topic covered in the class. Then there is an opportunity for small group discussion, followed by a question and answer session with the teacher.

After the class there is a chance to enjoy some refreshments and discuss more informally with the teacher and other participants. You do not need any previous experience to attend these classes. Also, you do not need to book in advance.

Why not come along and see for yourself what meditation can do for you?
