Guided Eight Steps to Happiness Retreat

A wonderful opportunity to relax into and enjoy a series of guided meditations from one of Buddha's best loved and most enduring teachings. Following the skilfully presentation for modern times by Geshe Kelsang in his book Eight Steps to Happiness, Resident Teacher Ben Seel will explain and guide this series of totally practical meditations which are methods to enable our hearts to open and discover pure and lasting happiness through developing our potential for love, compassion and wisdom.
Starting with an introduction at 7.30pm on Friday 1 June.
From Sat - Tues session times:
7.30am - 9am, 10.30am - 12noon, 4.30pm - 6pm, 7.30pm - 9pm.
Including:
Heart Jewel 12.30pm Sat, Sun & Mon
Wishfulfilling Jewel with Tsog Sunday - session 4 at 7.30pm
Offering to the Spiritual Guide Monday - Session 4 at 7.30pm
Cost per session £3, or per day £5 or whole retreat £12
Comfortable dormitory accommodation including meals available at very reasonable prices £15 per night (B&B), Lunch £2.50, supper £2.00.
