Everybody is welcome to this free public talk exploring the life benefits of mindfulness and meditation with Ashoka Centre's resident teacher, Kadam Ben Seel..
The main purpose of meditation is to unlock our potential for deep inner peace. Mindfulness training is learning to remain relaxed and centred, positive and happy at all times. Practised together they offer transformative inner technology to develop our mind, with knock-on benefits for health and physical wellbeing.
There will be a chance to try a guided meditation.

Kadam Ben has been the Resident Teacher at Ashoka Centre since early 2010. He has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for over 20 years. He presents Buddha's teaching with clear and logical explanations, with warmth and clarity. Kadam Ben is greatly appreciated for his inspiring example.
