We are part of the New Kadampa Tradition - a pure lineage of Buddhism taught internationally. We offer weekly Meditation classes, workshops, study programmes and more. Everyone is welcome!
Weekly classes start from 18th January, Sunday and Childrens classes start 17th January. New classes in Bude and at the centre on Wednesday evenings.
